Registration
The scheduled dates of the upcoming trip are December 10th – 18th 2008 and entries are limited to 20 places. These places will be allotted on a first come first served basis and the absolute deadline for entering will be September 1st 2008.
The price in 2008 is US$15,750 and includes return flights from Punta Arenas to Antarctica; accommodation and meals in Antarctica; entry to the marathon and / or ultramarathon; t-shirts, medals, and photos of each competitor in action.
Registration Procedure for 2008
You must (1) Complete the Application Form and agree to the Terms & Conditions (the application form will link to a terms & conditions form) and (2) Pay the full entry fee of US$15,750 or deposit of US$5,000. Please print each of the forms when completed and retain for your records.
Payment Options
The preferred method is by bank wire transfer: contact Richard Donovan at rd@icemarathon.com for the relevant bank details. You may also pay via bank draft, making the amount payable to "Polar Running Adventures" and mailing it to Richard Donovan at the postal address below

Payment Deadlines
If not paying the full amount upon registration:
US$5,000 deposit required.
A further US$10,750 to be received by September 1, 2008.

Additional Forms
Once the full entry fee or deposit has been received, your place will be confirmed in the field conditional on you later completing & returning the standard Antarctic expedition forms provided by the logistics company.
